Questions about plans
What counts as a competitor?
One company you watch. Each competitor can have several sources, such as a pricing page, a changelog and an RSS feed, and they all count as one competitor against your plan limit.
Are these the final prices?
They are the list prices in US dollars, charged per month through Stripe. Early access is by conversation, so the terms you start on are agreed with the founder on WhatsApp. Pro is set up with you in that conversation.
What is the founding offer?
The first 10 teams keep $99 a month for life on any plan. It is agreed in the conversation with the founder.
What is the difference between weekly and daily?
A weekly digest goes out on Monday. A daily digest goes out each weekday, Monday to Friday. You choose the hour and the time zone. Daily is on Growth and Pro.
Which plan gets Slack alerts?
Growth and Pro. An insight at or above your importance threshold (70 by default) is posted to your Slack channel, unless it falls in your quiet hours or matches a suppression rule.
